Returns Are Not Accepted
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept physical returns of any items under any circumstances.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed. Please review your items, shipping address, and payment method carefully before checking out.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost to reship it. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
